To support the Greek central administration reform by providing high-level strategic advice to enhance administrative efficiency, in alignment with the goals of the economic adjustment programme agreed with the IMF, European Commission, and European Central Bank.
The project supported the implementation of a new system for selecting top managers in the Greek administration by assisting in process planning and identification of corrective measures, monitoring progress, and reporting to senior reform officials. It facilitated training for selection panel members and ensured coordination with related HR reform projects to identify synergies and address potential challenges, contributing to a more transparent and efficient administrative selection process.
