Objective

To evaluate the technical feasibility, economic viability, and geopolitical value of constructing a crude oil pipeline linking Constanța to Omišalj, supporting the diversification of supply routes and enhancing infrastructure connectivity across Southeastern Europe.

Results

The study confirmed that the proposed oil transit pipeline is both technically feasible and economically justified, offering Romania a strategic opportunity to strengthen its role in regional energy transit.
