Strengthening road safety by supporting the introduction of the digital tachograph and upgrading the administrative and technical investigations of fatal accidents methodologies in Morocco

To support Morocco’s Ministry of Transport in enhancing road safety by aligning with EU standards through the implementation of a digital tachograph system and the development of a new methodology for administrative traffic accident investigations, including capacity building and legislative proposals (Specific contract under FWC BENEFICIARIES 2013 - LOT 2: Transport and Infrastructures, EuropeAid/132633/C/SER/Multi).

Proposals for improvement of the national road transport and safety framework with EU standards by introducing the digital tachograph system and establishment of a new methodology to conduct administrative investigations of traffic accidents, (new legislative techniques). Adequate trainings and seminars on transport and road safety. were delivered.
