Objective

To provide PPC S.A. with legal advisory services through an in-depth assessment of its participation in the public tender for the design, financing, construction, and operation of HPP Cebren and HPP Galiste, and the operation of HPP Tikves, within a Public Private Partnership framework initiated by the Government of the FYROM.

Results

Support to PPC S.A. to participate in the FYROM hydropower tender with a legally sound and well-informed bid. The legal assessments ensured compliance with national laws, identified potential legal risks, and provided clarity on licensing and regulatory requirements - strengthening PPC’s position in the PPP negotiation and tender process.
