Objective

Identification of the legal and regulatory obstacles in the implementation of new natural gas infrastructure projects in the eight examined Central-Eastern European countries.

Results

Savvy, as a subcontractor of Kantor following review of regulatory and legislative framework relevant to the construction of natural gas infrastructure in Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia and subsequent gap analysis, provided suggestions of measures to overcome the identified obstacles, based on already used practices in other European countries (Solution Synthesis).
