Independent market study for modernization and capacity increase of grain terminal in two ports in Ukraine

Elaboration of an independent market study and the due diligence review for modernization and capacity increase of grain terminals in two Ukrainian ports, aimed at facilitating financing by the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank.

A market study was delivered to BSTDB including Ukraine’s grain sector trends, port capacities, export routes, and infrastructure bottlenecks. The study included historical and forecast data, analysis of major grain ports and operators, cost comparisons of export routes, review of company assumptions, and evaluation of ongoing and planned inмvestment projects.
