Objective

To support the Ministry of Development of Greece in adopting a Ministerial Decision for the regulation of granting, revoking, and monitoring authorizations for petroleum products activities, in accordance with the requirements of Law 3054/2002 governing the petroleum products market.

Results

A clear, transparent, and enforceable regulatory framework was developed for the petroleum sector. The regulation contributed to market transparency, improved compliance monitoring, and enhanced investor confidence.
