Results

Comprehensive review of Georgia’s legal framework related to the UGS project, recommending necessary regulatory adjustments to enable project implementation. Detailed legal structuring proposals were developed to optimize economic and legal outcomes for the GOGC. Pre-qualification and bidding documents were prepared to support the procurement process for the UGS facility's construction.
