Advise during the acquisition transaction of a local construction company by a foreign company for a photovoltaic project in south of Kazakhstan.

In order to speed up the process of obtaining license of construction in Kazakhstan, we have advised the client to acquire a local company which has a licence already. Based on the due diligence and conclusion of the sale and purchase agreements, the client purchased the local company and made it on time to deliver the services for the PV project.
