Objective

The objective of this specific contract DG MOVE/D2/SER/2019-271/SI2.817924 – Port Directive was the verification of the completeness and conformity of national transposition and implementing measures with specific provisions of the Directives for EU Member States and specifically for Bulgaria and Cyprus carried out by Savvy Business.

Results

Based on the legal review of the on transposition and practical implementation in Bulgaria and Cyprus of Directives (EU) 2017/2108, 2017/2109 and 2017/2110, a Completeness assessment of transposition and; Conformity assessment of transposition of the Directives (EU) 2017/2108, 2017/2109 and 2017/2110 were endorsed by the DG MOVE as part of the Overall Report submitted by Milieu Ltd.
