This specific assignment is a part of framework contract (FWC) MOVE/ENER/SRD/2020/OP/0008, Lot 4 Legal assistance in the field of mobility and transport. Savvy Business as sub-contractor of Milieu Consulting performs the conformity check for the Directive (EU) 2020/1057 “ Posting of drivers in road transport ” for Bulgaria, Cyprus and Greece.

Results

Savvy Business contributes to the legal analysis of the conformity of the national transposing provisions of the EU member states against the Directive EU) 2020/1057 “ Posting of drivers in road transport ”, in particular to three member states: Bulgaria, Cyprus and Greece . The level of compliance is presented in a report to the European Commission which shall then make notifications and use the report for further implementing actions.
