Objective

To carry out an in-depth legal analysis of the conformity of national transposition and implementing measures with specific provisions of the Directives 2014/45/EU on periodic roadworthiness tests for motor vehicles and their trailers for 28 Member States following the notification of such measures to the Commission, declaring the transposition to be complete. Savvy Business, as sub-contractor of Milieu Ltd performed the Conformity Checking for Bulgaria, Cyprus and Greece.
