This assignment is carried out under a SpecificContract awarded within the framework contract “EC-ENER/2024/OP/0064 – Mixedframework contract for qualified legal, technical and economic expertise in thefield of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy”, financed by the EuropeanCommission.

Savvy Business, as a sub-contractor of Milieu Consulting SRL, is responsiblefor conducting the conformity assessment of national measures of Bulgaria andCyprus transposing Directive (EU) 2023/1791 on energy efficiency (recast) -relaunch, including the preparation of tables of concordance, legal analysisand supporting documentation.

Through detailed legal research, analysis ofnational legislation, preparation of tables of oncordance and continuouscoordination with Milieu Consulting, Savvy Business contributes to a clear andreliable assessment of the completeness of the transposition of Directive (EU)2023/1791 in Bulgaria and Cyprus, supporting the European Commission’smonitoring and enforcement activities in the field of energy efficiency.
