The project required the co-ordination and supervision of the rehabilitation works (also financed by TACIS) of the container terminals of the ports of Baku and Turkmenbashi, which are both vital links of the TRACECA route.
The project ensured effective contract implementation and project execution through essential legal support in procurement, contract negotiation and implementation, coordination between involved parties, certification, and performance monitoring.
