Objective

We assisted DESFA, the Operator of the Greek National Natural Gas System in Greece in the international tender launched by Kuwait Integrated Petroleum Industries Company (KIPIC) for the “Operation and Maintenance Services for LNGI Terminal” in Kuwait.

Results

Based on the legal and procurement advisory and negotiations, DESFA and its international and local partners signed the JV Agreement. Further the JV has signed the contract with KIPIC.
